				<div class="et_pb_text_inner"><p>Ein allgemein bekannter Hebel zur Reduktion von CO2 bzw. der aufzuwendenden Energie zur Realisierung von Mobilität ist die Reduktion der bewegten Masse. Bei Kreuzfahrtschiffen und Schienenfahrzeugen stellen die Rohbaustruktur die mit Abstand  größte Einzelmasse dar. Ein Leichtbausystem, das zu einer Massereduktion von z. B. 20% führt, hat angewendet auf die größte Einzelmasse absolut betrachtet, den größten Reduktionseffekt. Damit ist struktureller Leichtbau als effizientes Mittel zur Reduktion der Gesamtfahrzeugmasse anzusehen. Mit diesem Vorhaben wird ein branchenübergreifend nutzbares Leichtbausystem entwickelt, mit dessen Hilfe gleichzeitig die lokale Materialausnutzung und die Effizienz in der Herstellung gesteigert werden.</p>
<p>Beide Branchen – Schienenfahrzeuge und Kreuzfahrtschiffe – sehen sich in einem Umfeld, in dem Leichtbau zur CO2-Minderung unumgänglich ist jedoch dafür keine erhöhten Preise am Markt durchgesetzt werden können. Aus diesem Grund ist es notwendig, ein Leichtbausystem zu entwickeln, das sicherstellt, dass einerseits in der Konstruktion Leichtbaumaßnahmen umgesetzt und andererseits gleichzeitig die Herstellkosten reduziert werden.</p>
<p>Durch Automatisierung reduzierte Herstellkosten sind der Schlüssel dafür, dass die Herstellung dieser Rohbaustrukturen am Standort Deutschland mittel- und langfristig möglich ist. Um dies zu erreichen, werden die folgenden Elemente mit ihren Wechselwirkungen im Leichtbausystem behandelt:</p>
<p>a. Konstruktive Gestaltung einer Bauweise, die</p>
<ul>
<li>die lokale Materialausnutzung erhöht und damit zur signifikanten Massereduktion führt,</li>
<li>genügend Flexibilität unterstützt, um auf unterschiedliche Baugruppen angewendet werden zu können,</li>
<li>die anforderungsgerechte Integration von Ausrüstung ermöglicht und</li>
<li>eine Lösung liefert, die automatisiert herstellbar ist;</li>
</ul>
<p>b. Entwicklung einer zu a) passenden Automatisierungslösung, die</p>
<ul>
<li>durch maschinengestütztes Zuführen, Positionieren, Fügen und Prüfen die Rohbau-Baugruppe herstellt,</li>
<li>genügend Flexibilität im Umfeld geringer Losgrößen unterstützt, um die Anlage mittels unterschiedlicher Varianten voll auszulasten,</li>
<li>den Personalkostenanteil reduziert und die Gesamtkosten senkt und im Rahmen hält;</li>
</ul>
<p>c. Digitale Verknüpfung von Konstruktion und Automatisierungslösung, um die Grenzen der Flexibilität der Automatisierungslösung in der Konstruktion vor Augen zu haben und um Konstruktionsdaten an die Automatisierung zu übertragen.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The NAVAIS Team invites to the final conference of the NAVAIS project which is held on Monday 30th May 2022 from 13:00 to 17:30 at RDM Next-De Loft at Rotterdam.Over the last four years NAVAIS has developed a modular design and production approach supported by the 3DEXPERIENCE® platform. The approach will increase efficiency in vessel design and flexibility in production networks. NAVAIS has specifically focused on ferries and multi-use workboats. Overall, NAVAIS will allow shorter lead-times, constant quality, reduced design and production costs and better integration of the SME supply chain, thereby increasing competitiveness of the European shipbuilding industry.<br />
